Refund Policy

1. General Policy

This refund policy is set and administered by the event organizer. The platform acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the execution of the event or the processing of refunds. The platform does not guarantee refunds and is not liable for any disputes between attendees and event organizers.

Our goal is to ensure user satisfaction with every ticket purchase. However, due to the nature of ticket sales, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

●   Event Cancellation: If the event for which you have purchased tickets is cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
●   Event Postponement: If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date. After this period, the ticket will be deemed accepted for the rescheduled event, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Ticket Exchanges

●   Exchanges: We do not offer ticket exchanges unless explicitly stated by the event organizer.

4. Refund Process

●   Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted via email to the event organizer with your order number and contact details at least 7 days before the event, unless otherwise stated (e.g., in cases of event postponement or cancellation). Requests submitted after the applicable deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
●   Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval of your request. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

●   No Shows: If you do not attend the event, no refunds will be issued.
●   Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for a change of mind or personal circumstances.
●   Service Fees: Service fees and charges are non-refundable, unless required by law.
●   Event Changes: No refunds will be provided for changes to event details that do not result in cancellation of the event, including but not limited to changes in venue, schedule, speakers, or program content.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of cancellation or changes due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public emergencies), the organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. Where rescheduling is not feasible, the organizer may, at their sole discretion, offer a refund, partial refund, or credit (i.e., a transferable or non-transferable value that can be used for future events or services instead of a cash refund).

7. Refunds for Digital Events

Refunds for virtual or online events will follow the same conditions as physical events, unless otherwise specified by the event organizer.
