Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all payments made on our platform. By making any payment, you agree to be bound by this policy.

This policy applies to the following services:

●   Prime Moderator subscription plans
●   Placement services, including “Showcase Your Profile” and “Feature Your Events”


2. General Refund Principles

All payments made on the platform are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

●   System errors
●   Platform-related technical issues
●   Admin-side issues

Refunds will not be granted for:

●   Change of mind
●   Failure to use or fully utilize the service after purchase


3. Subscription Fees (Prime Moderator)

3.1 Subscription Plans

Prime Moderator subscriptions provide Moderators with access to enhanced features and benefits designed to strengthen their personal branding and visibility on the platform. These features are made available upon successful subscription and remain accessible for the duration of the selected subscription period.

Prime Moderator subscriptions are available in the following options:

●   Monthly
●   Annual Plan

3.2 Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.

This means that:

●   No cooling-off period applies
●   No prorated refunds will be provided
●   Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, access to subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be provided for any unused time

3.3 Renewal Policy

Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. Users must manually renew their subscription upon expiry.

3.4 Account Suspension or Termination Due to Violations

If a Prime Moderator is found to be in violation of the platform’s rules, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, downgrade, or terminate the subscription.

In such cases:

●   The account may be downgraded to a basic Moderator account or permanently terminated
●   No refunds will be provided for any remaining or unused subscription period

We reserve the right to take such action without prior notice where necessary.

3.5 Account Suspension Due to Discontinuation of Agency Licence

If a Prime Moderator is found to have discontinued, lapsed, or no longer holds a valid agency licence, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend the Moderator membership.

In such cases:

●   The account will be suspended until valid proof of licence is provided
●   No refunds will be provided for any remaining or unused subscription period

We reserve the right to take such action without prior notice where necessary.


4. Placement Services (Showcase Your Profile & Feature Your Events)

4.1 Nature of Service

Placement services are based on bookings for specific calendar dates, where selected placements (e.g., sliders or sidebars) are reserved in advance. Once a booking is confirmed, the selected placement slot for the booked dates is considered secured and unavailable to others.

4.2 Refund Policy

All placement bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, except as otherwise stated in this Refund Policy.

4.3 Image/Banner Submission & Changes

Users are required to upload an image/banner and provide all relevant placement details during the booking process.

Once a booking is confirmed, the selected placement dates cannot be changed, rescheduled, or transferred.

Any request to update or change the image/banner or any other submitted details (including but not limited to caption or event link) must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm, at least one (1) full day before the placement start date (e.g., for a booking starting on 24 March, changes must be submitted by 11:59 pm on 22 March).

If no request is received within this timeframe, the previously submitted information will be used for the placement.

Once the placement has gone live, no further changes to the image/banner or any submitted details are allowed until the booking period ends.

4.4 Early Termination or Non-Usage

No refunds will be provided if the user chooses to stop the placement early.

No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used booking periods.

4.5 Image/Banner Rejection & Guidelines Violations

All submitted images/banners and other details provided in the placement submission form must meet our prescribed quality, content, and formatting standards.

We reserve the right to reject any placement if:

●   The image/banner is of low quality (e.g. blurry, pixelated, or distorted)
●   The image/banner does not comply with the required dimensions or shape
●   The image/banner infringes any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
●   The image/banner contains unauthorized advertisements, promotional material, watermarks, logos, or text overlays unrelated to the content
●   The submitted information is inappropriate, incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or irrelevant to the profile or event being promoted

If a placement is rejected before going live due to a violation of the guidelines above, a full refund will be issued.

If a placement is rejected or removed due to violations after it has gone live (including where issues are identified or reported after publication), no refund will be provided.


5. Platform-Initiated Refunds

Notwithstanding the above, refunds may be granted at our discretion under the following circumstances:

●   The service cannot be delivered due to system errors
●   Technical issues prevent the placement from being displayed
●   Errors caused by the platform or administrative team

Each case will be reviewed accordingly.


6. Refund Process

To request a refund under eligible circumstances, users must contact the platform via our Contact Us page and provide:

●   Order or transaction details
●   Description of the issue

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.


7. Payment Processing

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (e.g., bank or payment gateway).

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By making a payment on our platform, you agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that all payments are subject to the terms stated herein.

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their payment provider for transactions that comply with this policy.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

●   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account
●   Any ongoing or future services may be cancelled without notice
●   The user may be restricted from future use of the platform
