●   Your contributions must comply with these Terms, the Forum Rules, and all applicable laws
●   You will engage respectfully and not harass, abuse, mislead, or harm other users

We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including content removal or user restrictions, in accordance with the Forum Rules.

Our Platform allows users to submit and publish content, including blog posts and event listings.

Your submission and publication of such content are governed by the applicable Blog Submission Guidelines and Event Submission Guidelines, which apply specifically to blog and event-related activities.

By submitting content, you agree that:

●   Your content complies with these Terms, the applicable submission guidelines, and all relevant laws and regulations
●   Your content does not infringe any third-party rights

You must not submit, publish, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or otherwise in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, or any applicable guidelines of the Platform.

Comments submitted by users are subject to our Comment Policy, which sets out additional Platform’s community rules governing user interactions.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the removal, modification, or restriction of any content or account.

All content submitted by users (including forum discussions, blog posts, and event listings) is governed by the respective disclaimers applicable to each section, namely the Forum Disclaimer, Blog Disclaimer, and Event Disclaimer.

All user-generated content:

●   Reflects the views and opinions of the respective authors, not the Platform
●   Is not verified, endorsed, or guaranteed for accuracy, originality, legality, or completeness

We do not actively monitor all user-submitted content and are not responsible for its accuracy, reliability, or any consequences arising from reliance on such content.

●   No refunds will be provided for unused or partially used services, except where required under the Refund Policy
●   Refund eligibility is strictly governed by the Refund Policy

●   Review, approve, or reject any refund request in accordance with the Refund Policy
●   Suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts in cases of payment disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or misuse of the payment system

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you agree that:

●   Some information may be publicly visible (e.g., posts, profiles)

We do not store or process your full payment details. All payment transactions are handled by third-party payment processors.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally:

●   You must provide a clear description of the issue
●   Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may proceed with legal action in accordance with Section 15.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

●   We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or completeness of the Platform or any content

You agree that your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

We shall not be liable for any:

●   Actions, omissions, or conduct of other users or third parties
●   Service interruptions, errors, or downtime
●   Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
●   Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Liability Cap

If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or RM500, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LifeForum.my, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

●   Your use of the Platform
●   Your content submissions
●   Your violation of these Terms
●   Your infringement of any third-party rights

This includes legal fees and enforcement costs.

We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

●   Natural disasters
●   Internet or system failures
●   Government actions
●   Pandemics or unforeseen disruptions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable:

●   That provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary
●   The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect

Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
