Forum Rules
1. Purpose of the Forum

Any content submitted in other languages:
● May be subject to review by Moderators
● May be edited, removed, or not approved for continued visibility
● May be requested to be resubmitted in one of the supported languages
Repeated failure to comply with this requirement may result in further action in accordance with these Forum Rules.
3. Participation Guidelines
● Post topics under the most appropriate category
● Ensure your content is relevant to life insurance and family takaful discussions
● Communicate respectfully with other Participants, Moderators, and Admin
● Provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your knowledge
● Avoid posting prohibited content or spam (see Section 6 and 7)
Participants may create new topics under any category they find suitable. However, Admin reserves the right to reorganize content where necessary.
4. Role of Moderators
They may:
● Flag inappropriate topics or replies for review
● Approve suitable topics or replies after review
● Reopen previously closed topics when relevant
● Provide professional insights and general guidance on issues raised
Their role is to ensure discussions remain helpful, accurate, and aligned with industry standards.
5. Role of Admin
Admin has the right to:
● Move topics to more appropriate categories
● Edit or delete any topic or reply that violates these rules
● Mark content as “Spam” if it breaches spam protection guidelines (see Section 7)
● Take appropriate action on any content deemed harmful to the platform or its users
Admin decisions are final in maintaining the integrity of the platform.
6. Prohibited Content
● Irrelevant or off-topic posts
● Misleading, false, or unverified information
● Promotional or advertising content not permitted by the platform
● Offensive, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory language
● Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit material
● Any content that violates applicable Malaysian laws and regulations
7. Spam Policy
● Any topic or reply identified as spam may be removed
● Spam includes unsolicited promotions, advertisements, irrelevant links, or repetitive postings
If a Participant’s content is marked as “Spam” more than five (5) times:
● Their account will be assigned a “Blocked” role
● They will no longer be allowed to create new topics or replies
8. Privacy and Personal Data
If it is necessary to share such information with a Moderator, Participants should use the platform’s private messaging feature or other approved communication channels, such as WhatsApp or email.
9. Content Review and Moderation
This means that:
● Moderators may review, approve, or flag any content based on relevance and compliance with the forum rules
● Content that does not meet the forum standards may be edited, removed, or marked as “Spam” without prior notice
10. Professional Advice Disclaimer
● Responses provided in the forum are for general informational purposes only
● They should not be considered as formal financial, legal, or contractual advice
● Participants are encouraged to consult directly with a licensed agent for personalized recommendations
11. Respectful Conduct
In practice:
● Disagreements are allowed, but must remain professional
● Personal attacks, harassment, intimidation, or abusive language will not be tolerated
● Content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or intended to provoke conflict is prohibited
12. Changes to the Rules
Continued use of the forum constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these rules.
