Blog Submission Guidelines

To maintain the quality and integrity of content on our platform, all users are required to follow the guidelines below when submitting blog posts. By submitting a blog post, you agree to comply with these guidelines and all applicable platform policies.

1. Language

Blog posts must be written in one of the following languages:

●   English
●   Malay
●   Mandarin

Submissions in other languages will not be accepted.


2. Category Scope

All submitted blog posts must fall within the scope of categories permitted for your user role. Please note that different user roles may have access to different category scopes on the platform.

The Admin reserves the right to:

●   Reject posts that do not align with the intended category scope
●   Reassign posts to a more appropriate category where necessary


3. Content Length

To ensure meaningful and valuable content for readers, blog posts must not be too short.

Minimum recommended length is measured by word count for English and Malay, and by character count for Mandarin:

●   300 words for English & Malay
●   500 characters for Mandarin

Posts that are overly brief or lack substance may be rejected or returned for revision.


4. Review and Approval

All submitted blog posts are subject to Admin review prior to publication. While we may review submissions, please note that we do not guarantee verification of the originality, accuracy, or legality of the content. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request revisions at our sole discretion.


5. Editing Rights

The Admin reserves the right to make minor edits to submitted content where necessary, including:

●   Grammar and spelling corrections
●   Formatting adjustments
●   Minor wording changes for clarity

Such edits will not alter the original meaning or intent of the content.


6. Post-Publication Changes

After a blog post has been published:

●   The author may request edits at any time
●   The author may also request to withdraw their post from the platform

Requests will be handled within a reasonable timeframe.


7. Use of Third-Party Content

If your blog post includes content that is:

●   Reposted (in part or in full), or
●   Referenced from other publications

You are required to include reference links to the original source.

You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.


8. Content Responsibility and Removal

All contributors are solely responsible for the content they submit.

If a blog post is reported or found to contain prohibited content (see Section 9), the Admin reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove such content without prior notice, in line with our platform policies.


9. Prohibited Content

To ensure a safe and respectful environment, the following types of content are strictly prohibited:

●   Hate speech or discriminatory content targeting any individual or group
●   Harassment, threats, or abusive language
●   False, misleading, or deceptive information, including scams or fraudulent content
●   Content that infringes intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of copyrighted materials
●   Explicit, obscene, or inappropriate content
●   Content that promotes illegal activities or violates applicable laws or regulations
●   Spam, promotional content, or unauthorized advertising
●   Content that may cause unnecessary alarm, distress, or public unease
●   Any other content deemed inappropriate at the Admin’s discretion


10. Image Requirements

Images submitted with blog posts must meet our prescribed quality, content, and formatting standards.

The Admin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or remove any submission if images:

●   Do not comply with the required dimensions or shape
●   Are of low quality (e.g. blurry, pixelated, or distorted)
●   Are inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or irrelevant to the content
●   Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
●   Contain unauthorized advertisements, promotional material, watermarks, logos, or text overlays unrelated to the content
